This 3-month mastermind is designed for certified BCBAs who are ready to level up their clinical skills or launch and scale an ethical, sustainable practice. Guided by a master’s-level BCBA with 15 years of experience building, scaling, and successfully exiting a multi-location ABA practice, this program merges real-world strategy with ethical, evidence-based decision-making.
Each cohort is a complete, stand-alone experience with the same structure and benefits, allowing participants to join at any season that fits their life and professional goals. This rhythm honors both growth and rest, creating space for focused learning while protecting time for reflection, renewal, and sustainability. It is a model designed to support thoughtful practice, not burnout, and to foster long-term excellence in both leadership and care.

Each cohort offers the same structure, depth, and benefits. Participants may join any season independently, and many choose to return for additional cohorts as ongoing mentorship.
Investment: $1200 ($400/month) paid in full for duration of cohort. Subsequent cohorts can be invoiced monthly.
