This one-on-one mentorship is designed for BCBAs who want personalized guidance as they prepare to open a practice or refine and strengthen an existing one.
Our work together begins with a comprehensive Practice Audit, where we thoughtfully review your current or planned practice model. This includes clinical structure, ethical considerations, operational systems, and long-term vision. From there, mentorship is tailored to your unique goals, challenges, and stage of development.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. It is a relationship built on trust, reflection, and intentional growth.
We believe growth happens best when it is given time and intention. A three-month commitment allows us to build trust, explore challenges thoroughly, and create change that aligns with compassion, ethics, and excellence.
Investment: $1725 ($575/month) to be paid in full for the duration of the initial period. Ongoing mentorship will be invoiced monthly at a discounted rate ($1500/month)
